The Sandy Saints Basketball Club is an incorporated association registered with Consumer Affairs Victoria under the Associations Incorporation Reform Act 2012 (Vic).
As part of this registration, the club has adopted the Model Rules for an Incorporated Association as its governing constitution. These rules set out the framework for how the club is managed, including the roles and responsibilities of the committee, membership rights, meetings, and dispute resolution processes.
